| The Picatinny Arsenal-Middle Forge Chapter serves the local Picatinny Arsenal community and members throughout Northern NJ. In short, nearly 3,500 people work on the arsenal which includes about 100 military personnel and about 90% of the Army's firepower is derived from the research, development, engineering and acquisition work associated with this installation. As such, a large percentage of the membership has a vested interest in soldier and DA civilian quality of life issues; force readiness issues involving equipment, supplies and training; as well as force structure and force modernization issues to insure a technically superior Army. |
