The Picatinny Arsenal-Middle Forge Chapter serves the immediate Picatinny Arsenal Community and surrounding North Jersey by:

• Being a Voice for All Soldiers (Active Duty, Reserve and National Guard) and Their Families On Issues Impacting Quality of Life and Morale,
• Being a Voice for DA Civilians, Retirees and Their Families On Issues Impacting Quality of Life and Morale,
• Being a Voice for Army Readiness Issues Involving Manpower, Equipment, Supplies and Training,
• Being a Voice for Force Structure and Force Modernization Issues To Insure a Technically Superior & Highly Capable Army,
• Fostering Win-Win Relationships With Contractors and Local Businesses That Would Benefit By An Affiliation with Our Chapter,
• Supporting and Sponsoring Events/Activities That Further AUSA Initiatives, Benefit The Picatinny Community and Strengthens The Army.
